Want to become a "Crossfitter?" Try the Foundations Program at Crossfit South Brooklyn. The Foundation Program is an introductory series of 6 classes designed to allow athletes in training to learn the elements of Crossfit. Each class covers 2-3 new movements and ends with a short workout. Class size is limited to 4-6 people per cycle and at least one coach per cycle.
