Who We Are: Frisco based Massage District, LLC operates as a wellness center offering therapeutic massage treatment to men, women and children to aid in sore muscles, injury recovery, pain management, and to assist in relaxation and stress reduction management. Our aim is to make positives changes in your system.
What We Do:

Therapies offered increase blood circulation, bringing oxygen and other nutrients to the body relieving muscle tension, increasing flexibility and mobility, clearing lactic acid and other wastes from the body, reducing pain in muscles and joints.

Rebecca is a medical massage practioner, massage therapy instructor and mother. Her background includes training and certifications in multiple modalities of massage. Trained at Texas Massage Institute '06, Ke Kino Massage Academy '09 , and Sterling Health Center '10.  

Her focus is on clinical, prenatal, and sports therapy.  She owns and operates Massage District, a restorative wellness center, which enables her to provide a comprehensive experience for her clients. While the therapies may sound familiar the work is distinct, personal and effective. 

In addition, she has taught anatomy and physiology at the International Health Center in Richardson to provide ongoing education for future therapists. Each of her massage sessions are unique and tailored to your individual needs using a combination of methods.

Rebecca’s goal is to eliminate and remove the effects of stress on your body.
