One-hour massage therapy/bodywork session in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn with experienced Massage Therapist. In my sessions I use a combination of different modalities including Swedish and Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Body-Mind Centering to offer general full body relaxation massages for stress release and well being as well as focused bodywork on specific areas to improve structural alignment and address injuries and areas of pain.
