Non–transferable, may not be redeemed for cash.
Certificate valid from June 1, 2015 - 6/30/2016 no exceptions.
Items will be available for pick up at Beethoven Elementary School on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 and Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 8am-9am. If items will not be picked up from Beethoven Elementary School, they will be mailed on Friday, May 22, 2015 via USPS First Class Mail for an additional cost of $2.
