Two catered dinner parties for up to eight guests delivered right to your door.  All you have to do is gather your people and set the table.  Maria Delgado, a native of Columbia, will serve well-guarded family recipes like Ceviche Colombiano, (citrus marinated shrimp, scallop, and tilapia with mango and avocado), Emapanadas Argentinas or Chilenas, Tortilla Espanola, and Serrano Ham Wrapped Asparagus. Angela Kweon Curry, a native of Korea, will serve all the Korean BBQ favorites like Kalbi, Spicy Pork, Kimchee Dumplings, and assorted Bonchon.  Each dinner may be scheduled at a mutually agreed upon date.  Winner must reside within five miles of the UCAL.
