Rachel's is an artisan bakery with woodfired oven emphasizing local and organic foods. They open in the morning for pastries and coffee during the week as well as serving lunch between 11:15 to 2. Saturdays they serve hot breakfast.

Friday: open at 8 for quiches, fresh pastries, egg croissant sandwiches

 

Lunch: Tomato orzo soup, Roasted vegetables with couscous and Harissa dressing salad, Spinach pie, Havarti on wheat berry cranberry sourdough, Brie on wheat berry walnut sourdough, Mediterranean or Ham and pineapple pizzas.
