Use this $50 Gift Certificate to get started on a new fitness path! The Coastal Gung Fu and Boxing Club is dedicated to training in the art of Jeet Kune Do and boxing, as well as functional conditioning exercises in group classes and in 1 to 1 training .
Coastal JKD is a complete personal training service, with programs personally tailored to each client to optimize their training experience.
Programs consist of 1 to 1 personal coaching in functional strength training and conditioning, using kettle bells, bands and body weight exercises,
and the 30 min boxing express program (a high intensity interval focus pad workout that will give you an hour worth
of training packed into 30 min). Also available is a high intensity walk and body weight group - a 1 hour high intensity interval walk that gets you and keeps you in the fat burning zone by including body weight exercises while touring beautiful historic old town Marblehead
