"Q: How long are Fitness Together personal training sessions?
A: Each session is 45 minutes but we encourage our personal training clients to come in a few minutes before their session to warm up on our cardio equipment. After your session we suggest cooling down a minimum of 5 minutes or for maximum fat burning you can add in 15-20 min of cardio after your session. So, plan on spending anywhere 45-80 minutes at each personal training session."
