This lovely red from Bartholomew Park is a blend of primarily Cabernet, with equal parts Malbec, Petite Verdot and Syrah that offers "complex aromas of raspberries, black currants and violets, accented with a hint of baking spices and dark-roasted coffee. On the palate, supple tannins add weight and structure, supporting robust flavors of deep-purple plum and ripe boysenberry. Elegantly integrated notes of vanilla, toasted oak and allspice add depth and character, and lead to a lingering finish of rich Earl Grey tea."
