Chef Craig has been with The Plantation since January 1997. Prior to joining The Plantation, Craig was the Executive Chef for five years at the University Club and Orange Park Country Club with Club Corporation of America. Craig has been involved in hotels, restaurants, private chef and clubs for well over twenty years. Honors include Apprentice of the Year 1986, Texas Chef's Association, Best in Show Honor 1988, Texas Restaurant Association, and Presidential Award CCA 1995.

Craig has recently taken the proud helm again of The Plantation House and Beach House kitchens and catering operations as Certified Executive Chef with an exciting program of culinary offerings.
