Artist Dan Soper has been a volunteer with Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing for nearly four years. Because he feels strongly that the work that PHWFF does is so important, he often donates his beautiful artwork to raise funds for the organization. He is a Virginia resident with a BA from Virginia Tech in Fine Art, concentrating in watercolor. An experienced fly fisherman and artist committed to supporting Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing.
