Valley Sea Kayak Skerray Excel XL - This fiberglass kayak is 17'8" long and 24" wide and has a large keyhole cockpit opening 30" x 17.75". The cockpit has thigh braces to improve boat control. Additionally, the kayak is equipped with two large oval VCP hatches for ease of loading in addition to the standard third day hatch. It is equipped with a retractable skeg. The lay-out of the recessed deck fittings on the foredeck allows easy stowage of additional items in front of the cockpit. It weighs 60 pounds. Overall, this boat can also comfortably accommodate a larger paddler.  Excellent primary and secondary stability especially good on open water.  Boat is used but well taken care of.  In the last 2 years, new hatch covers, new skeg cable and deck lines, new seat.  Compass, spray skirt and hatch cover included.
