Special Instructions
Restrictions:
- Must be redeemed within 90 days of receipt from auction.
- Expires 60 days from the activation date.
- Entire amount must be used at teh time certificate is redeemed. Any unused amount is forfeited.
- If certificate is redeemed for classes or private sessions, customer must sign and complete studio participation waiver and will have a specific time limit from the redemption date to complete all classes or sessions.
