Description

The winner will receive a Brand New World Series 2002 DVD Anaheim Angels vs. San Francisco Giants.

It was an all-California World Series -- the first ever between two wild card teams -- and both the Anaheim Angels and the San Francisco Giants were in search of a dream.

The Angels were in the World Series for the first time in their 42 year history. The Giants hadn't won one since they moved to San Francisco in 1958.

The result was a Fall Classic that will forever be remembered for one fo the most astonishing comebacks in history. Behind the superhuman effort of Barry Bonds, the Giants appeared in complete control, with a 5-0 lead in the seventh inning of Game Six. Nine more ours and they would be champions. Then came the Rally Monkey -- the offensive explosion -- the roar of thousands of ThunderStix -- and the never-say-die attitude that had made Anaheim a winner all year. When the dust cleared, the Angels were in seventh heaven.

This is the story of two teams playing the wild card in search of a title. It's the tale of one of the greatest players ever -- and his valiant effort to secure that elusive title for the fans of San Francisco. And for the World Series champion Anaheim Angels, it's a celebration of teamwork, chemistry, and yes, just a little money business.
