With varieties ranging from all-natural chicken to slow braised beef short rib, and made-from-scratch tortillas prepared daily by professional ‘tortilleras’ who have mastered the traditional Mexican technique, our tacos are as authentic as something you’d find across the border. Some say you haven’t lived until you’ve been to Vegas, but we say you haven’t lived until you’ve been to El Segundo Sol on the Las Vegas strip!
