MOzen Bistro:
Enjoy a culinary tour through Asia with a wide variety of delicious dishes served alongside a selection of American classics. Located on our 3rd floor, MOzen Bistro enjoys a relaxed ambience where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented by beautiful décor and impeccable service. Our Guests will enjoy the opportunity to sample some of our superb and varied cuisine created exclusively for their “Journey through Asia”.
Every Sunday, MOzen Bistro hosts brunch featuring fresh sushi, an elaborate seafood station serving Crab claws and Kumomoto oysters, live carving options, traditional Dim Sum and delectable desserts. In addition, you can try entree favorites including the Hong Kong Style Steamed Grouper, Belgium Waffle with caramel pecan cream and the Soufflé Omelet. As well as the exquisite cuisine, free flowing champagne and mimosas also are available. Brunch is served from 12 – 2:30pm every Sunday.
