Cindy Calvano, AAHCC, CD, BC, PMR will lead you through a sacred closing celebration of the birth process, perfect for almost any stage of postpartum, (and really any stage of motherhood!) The ceremony can include a small group of your friends, or just be between you and the mother roaster. A small list of necessary supplies will be provided to the host.
Ceremony lasts about two-three hours and includes:
- Sacred ceremonial tuck in
- *optional benkung belly binding session with instruction for self or partner assisted wrapping
- optional herbal tummy firming paste
- tea ceremony, including choice of Tree of Life made organic sweetwater lactation tea; You Rock, Mama tea; or Mama's Happy tea
- Holding space for you to have your birth story heard.
- Closing Salt Bowl Ceremony
