Establishing partnerships with local ranchers and purveyors is an important hallmark for Tender Greens. Most of their produce comes fresh picked daily from Scarborough Farms in Oxnard, which provides the restaurants with fresh-picked produce daily in reusable eco-friendly containers. 

Tender Greens' signature items include the Chipotle Barbecue Chicken Salad, Harvest Salad, Chinese Chicken Salad, Happy Vegan Salad, and Southern Fried Chicken. 

Each local chef creates specialty dishes and items that are incorporated into daily specials, such as Harissa Rubbed Pork Loin Sandwich, Rosemary Porchetta, Duck Confit, English Pea Risotto and Parsley Arancini. House-made items also include tuna conserva, craft salumi, cured prosciutto, bacon, head cheese, cured caviar, jam, marmalade, preserves, pickles, sausage and cheese.

Pastry Chef Annette Picha creates a variety of delicious homemade baked good for the restaurants. Indulge in seasonal pies, lemon bars, old fashioned ho-hos, cobblers, sticky buns, sweet and savory tarts, retro "pop tarts" and more.
