They're inspired by poffertjest, an irresistible Dutch confection that looks like a silver dollar pancake, but with a light, fluffy middle, like a mini-soufflé. Add the topping of your choice, and you have a versatile, scrumptious hors d'oeuvre, snack, or dessert for any catered event!

You and your party guests can enjoy puffers the traditional way—with creamy butter and a light dusting of powdered sugar.  Or you can personalize the puffers with sweet or savory toppings, such as caramel, lemond curd, cinnamon and sugar, or an indulgent chocolate-hazelnut drizzle—it’s your choice.
