One of the world’s most beloved musicians and ambassadors of music appears with his longtime musical partner in an intimate recital.

Yo-Yo Ma’s multi-faceted career is testament to his continual search for new ways to communicate with audiences, and to his personal desire for artistic growth and renewal. Whether performing new or familiar works from the cello repertoire, coming together with colleagues for chamber music or exploring cultures and musical forms outside the Western classical tradition, Mr. Ma strives to find connections that stimulate the imagination.

One of the most versatile pianists on the musical scene today, Kathryn Stott enjoys a busy career as soloist, chamber musician, recording artist, artistic director, and professor at the Royal Northern College of Music. She has performed with all the major British orchestras alongside their counterparts in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, France, and Hong Kong, and performs regularly with Yo-Yo Ma.
