Learn to cook authentic and home-style Indian food during this fun and engaging two-hour cooking class and dinner party! Chef and private cooking instructor Meenu Bhasin, along with her enthusiastic co-hosts, will provide all the spices and ingredients for a memorable Indian culinary experience! Guests will gain knowledge of the spices and techniques used in Indian cooking. Guests will also learn to prepare three dishes from start to finish, and will then enjoy these dishes, as well as many other dishes at the end of the class. Wonderful wine will accompany the fine cuisine!
