Join us for a horse country inspired evening as Spirit Horse Vineyards' Chef Mike Whalen provides an intimate “underground” dining experience at the lovely, modern barn home of Lynn Heublein and Neil Takacs. Beyond wonderful company, you will enjoy a five-course meal of Michelin-level specialties paired with exquisite Spirit Horse wines.
Chef Mike worked with Michael Mina at San Francisco’s RN74 (a 2010 James Beard finalist for best new restaurant) and alongside Peter Armellino at the Michelin-starred Plumed Horse in Saratoga. He has worked with the world’s greatest chefs at Pebble Beach Food & Wine, has been featured at numerous events for Food & Wine Magazine, the American Institute of Wine & Food, and the Playboy Mansion, and is a noted food writer and restaurant critic. And now he's coming to our neighborhood to share his talents with us!
