The Oaks at Ojai is an all-inclusive destination spa. The Oaks is a peaceful, healthy fitness retreat offering guests everything from guided hikes into the mountains, to aquatic workouts under the warm Southern California sun, and winding down the day with calming restorative yoga. 

Group Fitness Activities at The Oaks are divided between Cardio Classes (to increase cardiovascular capacity, condition the lungs, and burn fat), Tone & Strength Classes (to build lean muscle mass and shape the physique), and Stretch & Flexibility Classes (to promote muscular flexibility, range of motion of joints, balance, coordination, and stress relief). We suggest a foundation of one class of each type per day, adding according to your energy level and interest! If you are deconditioned, or have special physical needs, we suggest that you set up an appointment with one of our Personal Trainers to tailor your time at The Oaks safely.
