We offer over 60 classes each week, from gentle to vigorous, for all levels of experience and fitness. Whether you’re new to yoga or just haven’t been on the mat as much since baby arrived, we specialize in helping you make the practice work for what you need today.

Families, we’ve got you covered from birth through the teen years! Our 6 weekly prenatal yoga classes are a hit with expectant moms, and once baby arrives you can bring your little one for our sweet Mom & Baby, Parent & Tot, and Storytime classes. Starting at age five, older children can join our solo Kids’ classes, and the whole family will love our monthly Family Yoga workshop.  

Need a Massage? Our fabulous massage therapists are available by appointment 7 days a week. Massage is more than just an occasional treat – it’s an integral part of your self-care routine.
