DHF Lakeview is a high intensity training (HIT) boutique studio that delivers full-body, functional workouts in a small group or 1 on 1 environment.  We are a 900 square foot studio located in the heart of Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood. Our workouts are designed to be adaptive and inclusive, so everyone can expect an amazing workout regardless of fitness level, experience, or physical limitations.  Our expert staff modifies all of our exercises based on the individual by increasing or decreasing the weight, changing the rep count, or demonstrating alternative exercises so you get a workout that is challenging yet attainable.

DHF does not house ellipticals, treadmills, or standard weight machines; many of our exercises use functional fitness equipment in unison with bodyweight to create a unique fitness experience that is different every single time.  Our workouts creatively utilize traditional functional equipment like free weights, kettlebells, band resistance, medicine balls, rowers, suspension training, cable resistance, gliders, and plyo boxes.  Along with the traditional equipment, DHF incorporates some of the most cutting edge fitness technology into every one of our sessions, such as piston training with the Surge360 and anti-gravity resistance using the GTS.
