GO Cycle is a creation inspired by Emmy’s enthusiasm for life, and the classes embody Emmy’s signature brand of cycling: a no-judgment zone of adrenaline-filled classes with upbeat music guaranteed to inspire you to push harder.

No prior experience is needed. Each class starts with a lesson for our new clients, and our instructors will make you feel as comfortable as the calorie meter at the end of class (an average class burns 500 plus). Our studio also includes cutting-edge technology from MYZONE™ that is the only tracking system in the world that is able to provide real-time feedback of your exercise intensity as well as wireless upload data that is stored to monitor your progress after each workout. 

GO Cycle is equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms. We supply towels, lockers, locks, water and an amazing workout!
