Winner will receive a 2 Week Pediatric Sleep Consulting Package from Bridget Kelly of Sleep Once More.

First, you will fill out a detailed intake form. We will then have a one hour phone consultation during which we would evaluate your child’s sleep environment, discuss your child’s sleep history, and learn how you can improve sleep habits and routines. We will then agree on a method that you are comfortable implementing. You will receive a very detailed sleep plan for your child that is customized to your family’s specific goals. As you put the plan into action, you will receive two weeks of daily phone and email support from Bridget Kelly, Certified Child Sleep Consultant.

This package is designed for children ages 4 months - 4 years. It can be used to work through sleep issues including eliminating night wakings, nap transitions, building self soothing skills, bed or room transitions, sleep consolidation, etc.
