Winner will be a Vet for a Day at Duke Animal Hospital!
Accompany Dr. Angela Duke behind the scenes at Duke Animal Hospital and see what it’s like to be a veterinarian for a day! This working tour is suitable for ages 5th grade up to any adult who may aspire to work in the veterinary medical field. You’ll learn and observe things such as how to check vital signs of a patient, see preparation and performance of surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of sick patients.
Winning bidder will receive a stethoscope and a Duke Animal Hospital scrub shirt to use during the observation day and to keep as their own.
