We offer classes for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners!
Our signature class is Baptiste Power Vinyasa, also known as “Power Flow” which is a heated (95F) power vinyasa that emphasizes connecting movement with breath while finding strength, openness and new possibilities in every posture and every class. We also offer non-heated vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes to compliment your practice.
Whether you are using yoga to:
