Provide matching valid major credit card, not a debit card, for an authorization/deposit Provide proof of insurance, transferable coverage to the complimentary vehicle. Be 25 years of age or older. Drivers are bound by terms of Midway rental agreement. Driver is responsible for any fuel charges, excessive mileage charges, parking and moving violations. Vehicle damage waiver and liability coverage are not included. Renter must come into rental office to pick-up the vehicle and return to the same office. Regular mileage rates and restrictions apply.. CA and NV only, Car rental includes 150 miles free/day, $.35 each additional mile if over. Car rental is not transferable to another party, and has no cash or exchange value Certificate expires January 31, 2016, Not valid February, March, April, July or August. Complimentary rental is subject to vehicle availability, a substitution will be made if not available.
