The winner will receive a 30 day membership to 24 Hour Fitness, Fit-Lite at 1775 Solano Ave. in Berkeley.  Fit-lite is a circuit training gym emphasizing both cardio and strength training. It's a great (30-45 minute) total body workout in a setting that has the feel of a community gym, with attentive staff to show you how to use each machine and work towards meeting your exercise goals.
