Brut Sparkling Wine

Made in the traditional Methode Champenoise (bottle fermentation) style from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This is an elegant dry wine with delicious white fruit, round mouth feel, and a silky finish with hints of candy and sweet spice.

The idea for 3 Steves was born over 3 friends sitting around having a glass of wine and talking about starting their own winery. They all owned part of a small boutique winery where they learned the art, science, and business aspects of the wine industry. They made a lot of wine together, and their customers gave them some great feedback. Before long they realized they wanted to start their own label from the ground up, and thought it was obvious to name their new project the 3 Steves Winery.

3 Steves philosophy is to grow the best grapes they can on their vineyard,  and to purchase the grapes they don’t grow, from Livermore and other regions where particular varietals grow best. Then they bring the fruit back to their winery and turn it into wine. They have established strong relationships with award-winning vineyards, which will allow them to obtain excellent fruit as they continue refining their wine making skills as humble students of the art. 3 Steves tag line is “3 Friends Striving To Make The Perfect Wine”, and they’ll continue to do that in hopes more awards are in their future. But more importantly in hopes people really enjoy their wines and perceive value in purchase of their product.
