This two bedroom two bath Zona Romantica condo in Old Puerto Vallarta is in a tranquil 16 unit building in a wonderful location that's walking distance to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, galleries, and nightspots Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can start your day by waking up to a view of the bay from the master bedroom. Then, start up the la Pavoni espresso machine and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. After enjoying the view, decide whether to take a swim in the heated pool, walk down the steps to the beach, explore old Vallarta or do nothing at all and just stay on the balcony and read a book. (There's a hammock on the balcony for your afternoon siesta.)

There's no need to rent a car.  You can walk to beautiful beaches (Playa los Muertos) or use water taxis (from the nearby pier) or a cab to get around if you'd like. Have fun fishing, snorkeling, whale watching, jetskiing, shopping, and strolling close to home. 

Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, grill on the patio, or just eat out at some of the finest restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. After dinner, you can go to the clubs, walk the Malecon, or relax in the living room and just watch cable TV a DVD or listen to music on your IPod or CD. Wireless internet is available and you can use it from the balcony or anywhere else in the condo.

There's A/C throughout the condo and a laundry room and a safe to store your passport, money, valuables, etc.

The living area is approximately 1,500 square feet and is beautifully decorated with Mexican flair. There is one California King in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest room. If you need more room for more friends, there is a condo right next door and we can help arrange for you to rent both homes.

The owner will leave you with information about restaurants, driving adventures, fishing/whale watching, and other recreational activities. Transportation to/from the airport, touring arrangements, and miscellaneous concierge services -- such as stocking the refrigerator if you don't want to spend time grocery shopping -- are available, if you'd like, for a nominal fee by arrangement with the owner. 

A recent visitor wrote, "The condo is beautifully appointed with traditional Mexican folk art and the conveniences of home with table placements, cooking dishes, dishwasher, flatscreen TV, washer/dryer and sound system. Stunning views afford you the option to hangout on the spacious balcony or by the common area pool. Our extended family did all three each day. We chose to beach-go mid morning till 4pm at the Mahi Beach restaurant. They had great beach lounge chairs and over the top service staff who rearranged your umbrella for shade, watered down the hot sand around your chairs and kept the drinks and food coming at your desired speed. Then we headed for the malecon and centro shops. We'd return up the numerous stairs to the condo for a swim in the pool and then a stunning sunset from condo balcony."
