Private VIP Wine Tour and Tasting for Four

The tour begins with a short shuttle ride through Heart Hill Vineyard where

you will learn about how we farm our vineyards and its influence on the

quality of our wine. We will show you why we feel SIP Certification is important,

and review the specific practices we implement to achieve certification.

Next, follow the journey a grape takes during harvest as you tour our LEED

Certified and gravity-fed winery. Start at the top floor and work your way

down the stairs, through the fermentation tanks and presses, and into one

of our barrel rooms. Here you will be guided through a barrel tasting and

learn how aging and oak regiment impacts wine. After the tour return to the

tasting room for a reserve tasting featuring an assortment of reserve and

limited-production wines that showcase our three vineyards.
