The cabin is located 8 miles north of Buena Vista, situated amidst the collegiate peaks and located on the Arkansas River with 1/2 mile of private riverfront access.  Great for fishing!  Large deck overlooks the river.  Hiking, biking, volleyball, swinging in the hammock, roasting marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit, tubing down the river, reading on the deck... all ways to enjoy this place.

5 bedrooms total in both main house and "guest house" with 2 full baths and 1/2 bath.  Kitchen, gas grill, microwave, washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer. Great place for large families or several families to gather.  Very kid-friendly.  12 people maximum, please.  No pets.
