Our certified Personal Fitness Trainers have a combined total of over 20 years experience. We are nationally certified with the International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA) and National Association of Sports Medicine(NASM), Certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition with ISSA as well as a certified Specialist in Youth Fitness. We are certified with AFAA as kickboxing instructors, and Certified Zumba instructors. We are also certifiedEMS Safety CPR/AED and First Aid instructors. I am also a certified Breast Cancer Recovery exercise specialist. We specialize in weight management, physique transformation and lifestyle coaching.
