Autographed by Attleboro artist Barbara Corrigan to Attleboro's Mayor Judy Robbins in 1994.

Barbara Corrigan was a lifelong resident of Attleboro. She graduated from AHS in 1940 and from Massachusetts College of Art in 1944. Corrigan exhibited at the Boston Athenaeum, the Ainsworth Gallery, the Alfred J. Walker Gallery, the Copley Society, the Boston 350 Show and the Attleboro Arts Museum. Corrigan’s over 300 paintings are in private and corporate collections around the world.

She painted enchanting scenes of Americana, both past and present in a delightful style all her own. The integrity of authentic architectural and pictorial detail combined with her whimsical sense of humor to produce opaque watercolor paintings and gouaches of extraordinary presence and charm.

Corrigan signed this collectible print for Attleboro's Mayor Judy Robbins in 1994.  Robbins (1937 - 2015) was a six-term Mayor of the City of Attleboro, long-time member of the Attleboro Arts Museum's Board of Trustees, and generous supporter of the arts in our region.
