Skydive East Tennessee is the closest skydiving center to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Tri-Cities, Asheville, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Special Instructions
Tandem skydiving is the EASIEST way to make that first jump. After a short training class, you will suit up and you and your instructor will climb to over 11,000 feet (yep, that’s over 2 miles high!).
Wearing a tandem parachute system, you and your Tandem Instructor will jump together and accelerate to 120 MPH, freefalling for about 45 seconds. At 5500', the parachute is deployed by the instructor (or you!). During the 5-6 minute parachute ride back to earth, you will enjoy the beautiful views of The Great Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake and, if you like, try your hand at piloting the parachute.
Photos and video of your jump are not included. You may add these on for an additional fee.
For legal reasons and limitations of the Tandem Skydiving Equipment, ALL passengers
* must be at least 18 years of age
* and weigh no more than 220 pounds
You should plan to spend 2-6 hours here depending upon the size of your group, or possible delays due to weather, etc.
