Marin Power Yoga is a growing yoga studio located in San Anselmo in the heart of Marin, California! We are building a community of people who want to continue to evolve, build stronger healthier bodies, create internal peace and external energy.

We are a vinyasa flow yoga studio! Start with a basics workshop if you are new to yoga. If you have been to yoga classes before, dive right in and come to any class that fits your schedule. We offer classes that are physically challenging to build strength and increase flexibility. Start with what you’ve got and expect great results!

Into Spinning? Come take a ride with us. Set your intention, clear your mind, rock out to great music. Let loose and prepare yourself for a mind and body breakthrough! Our high-intensity power cycle class leaves riders feeling accomplished and euphoric.

All of our Marin Power Yoga classes are choreographed to high-energy, powerful music. Classes are 50 minutes in length and include nine different carefully selected songs. Prepare to turn the resistance up! On the seventh song, we incorporate upper body training which includes an arm series with three pound dumbbells. Every class is dynamic and intense!
