This six-week program is designed to emphasize proper technique for shooting form, body position, balance and footwork at each 1 hour session. 

Additionally, each week we will focus on the following areas:

• Week 1: Spot-up shooting, Pull-up off the dribble, Relocate Shooting - Loop Action (Safety Valve)
  
  


• Week 2: Ball fake pull-up, Fastbreak pull-up, Relocate Shooting - Draw & Kick
  
  


• Week 3: Shooting off of Screens (away from the ball), Attacking the basket, Relocate Shooting - Post
  
  


• Week 4: Shooting off of Screens (on ball), Flare Shooting, Relocate Shooting - Draw & Kick, Flare Shooting
  
  


• Weeks 5-6: Emphasize the fundamentals/skills learned in weeks 1-4

North Bay Basketball Academy is led by former Marin Catholic Athletic Director and former Varsity Boys' Basketball coach, Rick Winter. 

Grades 3 - 12 for Boys and Girls (Groups limited to 8 participants)
