This package includes three hours at Tarpan Studios in San Rafael, working side by side with Narada Michael Walden, who has been called one of the most influential, innovative and talented musicians of our time. Walden is a three-time Grammy winner, and an Emmy winning producer, songwriter, musician and performer. His music flows between pop, rock, soul, jazz, fusion and world music. Some of Walden's work includes producing Aretha Franklin's "Freeway of Love" as well as collaborating with Steve Winwood, Ray Charles, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, and many more. With Jeff Beck, Narada wrote and played drums on the seminal album "Wired" that earned them both their first Gold Album. Use your time in the studio working with an engineer to record a song, or just sharpen your musical skills and knowledge in this creative work space.

The winner will also be treated to a private lunch with Narada, and you will receive a signed copy of Narada's gold record for Whitney Houston's "How Will I Know" to commemorate your time hanging out with a rock star!
