This two hour initial acupuncture treatment and herbal consultation includes time for client medical history review and Chinese medical consultation. Other modalities may be used including Chinese massage, moxabustion, cupping, dietary advisement, and review of blood tests from a functional medicine perspective.

Kathleen Hiatt Cutter received her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM), San Francisco in 1999. While studying at ACTCM, Kathleen augmented her studies by assisting in a busy Mill Valley acupuncture clinic. Upon graduation, wishing to expand her herbal knowledge, Kathleen worked for KW Botanicals, a Chinese and Western Herbal wholesale company located in San Anselmo, California that specializes in individualized herbal formulas. Kathleen became a California licensed acupuncturist in 2000 and has been in private practice since 2001. She is also nationally certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She has also has augmented her Chinese medical practice with functional medicine assessments and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Kathleen specializes in the treatment of seniors, gynecological issues, men and women experiencing difficult life transitions, as well as sports injuries and chronic pain and illnesses. Her best work is with individuals seeking guidance and support as well as treatment in their return to and maintenance of optimal health.
