Liberty Kitchen and Oysterette (LK&O) offers a unique dining experience in the heart of River Oaks. A traditional Japanese robata grill and a vertical 'trompo' grill are part of the Oysterettes' flexibility in a small space making the 'mini-kitchen' capable of producing everything from freshly shucked oysters to grilled oysters, to sushi, seafood towers, and fresh carved tacos.
