Awty moms Chef Michelle Morris (Southern Cadence Cuisine) and Trienet del Valle (Winerootz) will combine their talents of the culinary arts and wine expertise for a sensational evezning of delicious food and wine pairing. They invite you on a journey of discovery, as your private culinary concierge takes you and 11 of your friends to a place where food and wine collide. This event will be a night to remember as you explore your senses through the fascinating world of food and wine, in the comfort of your own home.

Chef Michelle is a classically trained chef and an honors graduate from the Art Institute of Houston. Chef Michelle's background is high end appliance sales, where she fell in love with the culinary arts. She created the first corporate Chef position at the multi-million dollar company Ferguson Enterprises, were she demonstrates and educates the abilities of high end appliances such as Thermador, Viking, Sub-Zero, and Wolf. Chef Michelle specializes in intimate dinner parties and private events, creating custom menus for each one of her clients.

Trienet consults in Houston and New York for private and corporate clients and teaches at the Texas Wine School. She has a special interest in the art of wine, cheese, and food pairing. In 2015 she joined the Houston Rodeo as an instructor for their wine seminar series. She earned her sommelier certification from the Sommelier Society of America in New York City and was named a certified wine specialist by the Society of Wine Educators. She also received the Advanced Certification (with distinction) by the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in London, UK, and was granted the California Wine Appellation Certification by the San Francisco Wine School.
