Description

SaltAir is a seafood concept that feels and tastes like no other fish-centric restaurant in town.  Executive chef Brandi Key has created a menu that suggests dining at a Southern California beach restaurant.  Venice Beach? Santa Monica? Malibu?  It definitely nods to SoCal’s love for global flavors and preference for light, vivid, clean cuisine.  While SaltAir is by no means ignoring the Gulf bounty, its menu is not defined by our coastal offerings.


This is your chance to enjoy the best that Chef Key has to offer.  You will receive a multiple course Chef’s dinner for four (4).  They will discuss likes, dislikes, allergies, and dietary restrictions with guests, and then design a tasting menu just for you.  Each course will be paired with a wine, sake, or beer.
