Anthony and Susan Feist arrived in Amador County from Berkeley, California in 2003 and found themselves in a largely undiscovered premium wine region. W
ith three kids and two dogs in tow, they quickly immersed themselves in the food and wine culture of the region.
Our philosophy calls for the highest quality grapes combined with careful handling to create offerings of quality and distinction.
Adding another baby and guarded by a new dog, Feist Wines opened its doors in November of 2011.

Dog-loving winery. 2015 is their second year supporting Howl at the Moon and Whine. Tasting room is in historic downtown Amador City.
