Description
Here’s our latest of Amador’s Best, from a combination of Shenandoah Valley and Fiddletown grapes. Dependably full-bodied. Tastes of pepper, chocolate and fruity raspberry, with a dry, chalky finish. Use flavorful winter vegetables to bring out its fruitiness, such as Butternut Squash roasted with Cranberries. Or juxtapose the fruity flavors with a mild-but-rich Beef Bhuna Curry.
