This "wild savage white" is actually a proper (but not prim) French mademoiselle with warm hospitality and charm. Welcoming, with a lovely white peach blossom aroma and balanced, with a lively taste of pear and green apple, it's savvy, structured and sophisticated. Wonderful with chicken, shellfish and even sushi.
