Have you seen the new deer fence at Garden in the Woods? What a huge improvement! Our thanks to all those generous individuals and foundations who helped make it possible. The next stage in keeping the pesky deer from eating all the beautiful native plants the staff of New England Wild Flower Society work so hard to grow for your enjoyment is to install a new vehicular gate. The new gate will have a special sensor to swing open for cars, but not for deer! Please help to fund the new gate at the entry to Garden in the Woods. It will be 22 feet across and we're hoping that 22 generous people will each "sponsor" a one-foot section of the gate.
