Blends well with: Chamomile Roman, Citronella, Cypress, Eucalyptus (all types), Fir needle, Ginger, Juniper, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea tree, Wintergreen.
Suggested Uses: Ravensara is commonly used to assist with symptoms caused from an illnes such as congestion when diffused. It can also be helpful in uplifting mood and with sleep issues. Add to a carrier oil to help reduce pain and muscle fatigue.
Cautions: Potentially carcinogenic. We recommend a maximum dilution of 1% for topical applications. .
